Well made and cute, but not happy with the process
The product is well made and cute. However, I was disappointed in the “process”.
I ordered this mid December as a Christmas gift. As Christmas approached and it had not arrived, I emailed on December 23 and asked to cancel the order. I never got a reply. (When I ordered the item, it specifically said the order could be cancelled if it had not yet shipped). I never got any reply acknowledging the cancel but on Dec 31st I did get an email update saying it had shipped! What…. I cancelled this on Dec 23rd!!!!
It arrived January 13th. Way past Christmas. Yes it was cute. But it was way past Christmas. Not happy that I cancelled more than a week before the item was shipped. They chose to ship anyhow.
Oh and there is not a phone number or I would have called. The only way to contact is email and that clearly did not work.

My grandkids love their mama and babies stuffies. They had been playing mama and babies with their toys, so buying the sea otter/babies and the capybara/babies was a no-brainer. The only problem was deciding which mama/babies to get. Choosing between such cute animals was hard.

Secondly it was poor quality toy from China with warnings “ NOT SUITABLE FOR UNDER 3 YEARS!! Absolute con what is advertised on the website is not what you get. Avoid if possible

Luna absolutely loved the Scottish cow stuffed with babies. She immediately hugged it and ran around the house. When she realized it had babies, she screamed with delight. She has been carrying it around ever since she received it. The Scottish cow is soft and looks realistic.

I ordered 4 items, $96 worth of toys for Christmas. This was on 11/22/25. It is now December 15th (over 3 weeks) and I haven’t received my order. I have made 3 attempts to email the support group with no response. The customer service is non existent. I will be asking my credit card company for a refund if I don’t have my products by Saturday the 20th. It will have been 4 weeks. Also, the tracking number that they say is USPS is not. The postal service does not recognize it. Neither does DHL, UPS or FedEx. I would not order from this company.
