Unfortunately my parents’ home burnt down last year. But with Branch Insurance’s help, they’ve been able to navigate through these trying times, and will be moving into their rebuilt home over the next few months. Thank you Suzzie Gelham, for all your help.
Branch auto claim processing is very fast, prompt and transparent. Both the adjustor and the Total loss team has been very reachable both via calls and text and closed the whole thing in 2 weeks (majority of the time was the body shop taking time to assess the damage).

Suzzie was the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with ever. She was very informative, extremely patient and kind. She made sure all the information needed was transparent. I became ill during the process and she was very understanding. She kept me updated on what needed to be done and or submitted. She kept in contact during the entire process. I could go on and on. But I'll say I will be switching my insurance back to branch. I'm super impressed with the service provided and very appreciative. Thanks so much.
James Duncan was a delight to work with . Out of a stressful and unfamiliar experience James made it at least palatable to deal with.
