Actually legit and super high value!
Really wonderful communication! I was nervous to use an online vendor to buy a piece of diamond jewelry but I’d seen great reviews and my experience ABSOLUTELY exceeded my high expectations. Ouros was super responsive and very fast. From placing the order to receiving a customized piece was exactly a month. They engraved the ring beautifully for free, and the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely buy through them again and will recommend them to my friends!

Custom ring in one month
For this ring I wanted something custom. I worked with the team at Ouros and we worked on a custom design, custom cut and colored gemstones. The ring I received is sparkly, sturdy, and beautiful as promised. My point of contact emailed me day and night with every update along the way from initial consult, CAD, gemstone selection, filing, casting, preview, and each shipment stage. This process was very, very easy. From consult to receiving the ring, only took one month. I will return and I’ll always suggest this team of craftsmen.

Fantastic product and service
Being in the service industry, customer service is very important to me. Every step of the process was emailed with updates showing the diamonds, what stage the design was, right to the end when they sent a video of the finished product. Can't wait to receive the earrings - a special gift for my daughter's birthday.

Please do not buy from them! My ring was painful to wear and I took it to a professional jeweler and was told because of the way the ring was made it was not modifiable. The company refused a return even within only three weeks of delivery and no usage of the item. They are a complete scam and waste of money, be aware before buying.

Your ring was custom-crafted based on the design and specifications approved by you. Prior to production, we shared the CAD design, diamond video, and the final product video, all of which were reviewed and approved before shipment. After delivery, when you expressed concerns, we made multiple good-faith efforts to assist, including offering to resize the ring and later proposing to modify the shank to make it slimmer. Unfortunately, these solutions were declined. Additionally, the order was placed under a promotional offer, which falls under our non-returnable policy. Despite this, we still tried to provide alternative solutions to help resolve the matter. Transparency and customer satisfaction are very important to us, and we have maintained clear communication and documentation throughout the entire process. They sent videos of the diamond before moving forward. Then videos of the necklace before sending it. They were very kind and asked if I liked each piece along the way. My wife loved her necklace and I got an amazing price for it. She loved her valentines gift
