Nice company, beautiful product!
The back and forth interactions via email were professional and the responses from Vijay were prompt! My antique trapezoid stones were beautiful, were a very reasonable price and I am very happy with them. My only concern is that antique or not, they are lab grown and should come with an IGI certificate, even if they are accent stones for a bigger stone. My other concern is how long it took to get them. Almost a month. That is a long time to wait for a purchase. In conclusion, if one is looking for a quality product, reasonable price, good customer service and one is willing to be very patient, I would recommend Ouros Jewels. Just know all of that going in and you'll be good to go!

As for the IGI, we do provide it for any stone above 1 CT, which did not meet your order, and that's the reason we weren't able to provide you with it. And shipping does take approx. 2-3 weeks of production and another week for delivery. That's mentioned on our website as well! However, we genuinely do appreciate your recommendation and would keep your raised points in our minds! We also look forward to working with you in the future at anytime!

BUYER BEWARE
The initial order took over a month to make and receive. Also you have to pay for igi when there are many other companies that provide certificates automatically and for free. Another issue is an option to have your diamond engraved for you personally atleast so I thought. I asked for initials to be engraved into the stone and it was not done. Price is expensive when other companies have better pricing. Customer service was not great nor helpful. Many emails from different people from the company but not on the same page. BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY OR READ FINE PRINT. NO EXCHANGE REFUNDS OR HELP.

For this, we had also reached out to you, offering a refund for your order, but didn't receive a response from your side. If you wish, we can also provide you with the engraving free of charge and with no additional fees; please reach out to us via email. However, regarding the shipping & IGI, it is clearly mentioned on our website that antique-cut diamonds do not come IGI-certified and need an additional amount to get certified. Also, your order was delivered within a month from the date of the order, as mentioned in our shipping policy. Deceptive and poor quality
The company had my review removed after ignoring my WhatsApp messages and knowing full well that I received this order as a gift, order #4339. I received this gift 4 months ago and despite being advertised as 10k gold, they’ve completely discolored. I wear 10k-18k gold daily, many of these pieces for 10+ years and have never had this issue with another piece. Not only is the jewelry poor quality, but the brand has gone to lengths to obscure how poor their customer service has been by having reviews removed unjustly.

This is my third order with Ouros, and it definitely won’t be my last. I recently had a custom pair of diamond studs made, and the experience was flawless. What truly sets Ouros apart is their transparency and technical expertise. At every single step of the process, I received detailed CAD designs, as well as frequent updates, which made me feel completely involved and confident in the progress. They even created a physical wax model to ensure the setting would be stable and sit perfectly flush on the ear, even advising me against a specific design that wouldn't have been safe for daily wear. They clearly prioritize engineering and long-term quality over just making a sale. The diamonds are breathtakingly brilliant, and the custom low-profile Martini setting with jumbo backs is exactly what I wanted. I had a fantastic experience working with Ouros on loose diamond. They were incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. Their communication was prompt, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. They took the time to understand my goals and concerns and were happy to accommodate a custom request rather than pushing me toward stock options. Hasn’t arrived yet!
So far I dislike the jewelry hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be here 3 days before my wife’s birthday and it’s now 3 days after and my new update is 3 more days. I would have never bought it if they were upfront about the delivery. The only reason I have it 3 stars is communication has been good. If communication wasn’t good I would think the whole thing was a scam.

The attention to details is crazy amazing. I was in shock when I opened it. I even plan to do another one for my mom for Mother’s Day.
