Great communication. Beautiful Product. Had a custom design made and they checked in with me with every step of the process. The final result is absolutely stunning and I know I'll treasure my ring for many, many years to come.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We appreciate your beautiful words and wish you to cherish the ring for eternity as well!
I originally came across Ouros on Etsy and decided to check out their website. At the time, I wasn't familiar with the company, but I was immediately drawn to their unique, custom handcrafted jewelry. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated receiving CAD designs and videos throughout the process so I could see exactly what I was getting. The finished pieces were exactly as expected and turned out beautifully! I've already purchased two pieces from Ouros and definitely plan to be a returning customer. Shipping Time frame was not bad, maybe two weeks or less.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us in such detailed words! We're glad to know you had a smooth experience with us throughout production, and we're happy to know the final piece met your expectations! We look forward to serving your again anytime in the future!

Vijay made the process so easy! From the time inquired about the custom piece I was wanting to having it in my hands was just under 2 months. It is exactly what I was picturing. The ring matches the CAD made for me perfectly. I had 3 different versions mocked up in deciding what I wanted to move forward with. They were super fast about every step and super communicative with where they were on in the process. Including pictures of each step. I would highly recommend Ouros Jewels for all your diamond needs. Shipping was quick and very easy to track.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We could never expect any much better way for our client to describe the entire process in such kind words! We're so happy to know you overall had a smooth and satisfying process with us! We truly appreciate your high recommendation and would love to serve you again in the future!
I am unable to reply to my original review (September 2025) but I wanted to provided an update. After working with Ours Jewels, we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution regarding the broken clasp on my bracelet. I believe I received my new and improved bracelet about 4-5 months after I initially expressed my dissatisfaction with the clasp. Ouros Jewels allowed me to upgrade my bracelet for a reasonable fee. I figured I would turn the bad situation into a new and bigger bracelet, so it gave me a fresh start with something even better. I received a new CAD design and the diamonds they chose for me are absolutely outstanding. The round and emerald cut diamonds in the tennis bracelet are stunning. The clasp design is much improved and has worked well for quite a long time, which is nice. My faith and trust has been restored with Ours Jewels. I am very happy with the outcome.
Thank you so much for you feedback! We're really glad we were able to help you with a fair resolution and besides that, we truly appreciated your co-ordination & support in this matter as well! We're also very happy we both were able to come to a conclusion and make things right! We look forward to working with you again, perhaps on a much more stunning piece for you and an even more pleasant outcome!
I got custom earrings made and I am so blown away by how beautiful they are!! I had no experience with lab diamonds or online sellers, and I felt so comfortable throughout the process. They literally communicated everything to me, from the moulds being made to choosing the stones. I’m 1000% ordering again.

The Ouros team was with me every single step of the way. To the point where I couldn't have a question to ask because the answers were already there. I also received it very shortly even coming from far away. The ring is beautifully hand crafted art, that I know she will love. Worth every penny!

Custom silver bracelet In my experience, the process of making a custom bracelet was smooth, fast and the end result matched what I wanted. I had worked with ouros in the past, which helped. Giving visual examples to them on what I wanted was helpful to them and something I recommend doing, as well as doing your own research beforehand on what you want and need your piece to be.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! It was genuinely a pleasure working on your custom piece, and we also truly appreciated your support in providing all necessities for making your order! We'd also love to work with you again anytime in the future!
