Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We really appreciate you for sharing your experience with us!
I got my jewelry from ouro and was not satisfied at all false advertisement do not buy from this company or site 19573 order number.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us; however, you had placed an order from a company named "Ouro", when we're a jewelry brand named "Ouros Jewels" and we do not have any information for an order number 19573 or any other information under your name. Please connect with the original company you have purchased from and consider removing this feedback to stop spreading misinformation. We look forward to this feedback update from your side. Thank you!
Ouros did a fantastic job with a custom lab diamond ring I requested! They were very responsive and detail-oriented, patient with my many questions and adjustments through the process, and produced an excellent quality ring exactly like I was looking for. It felt like a little bit of a leap of faith reaching out to them initially but I'm glad I did, and their pricing was also 3-4x less than I got quoted at other lab diamond jewelers.
Endless thanks for such a lovely feedback! We're so happy to know you had a positive experience working with us, and likewise! It was truly our pleasure working on your custom piece, and we are glad you found it exactly as you were looking for!
So happy with my pieces! They are so beautiful and the ouros team were very helpful. Cannot wait for my next order.
Thank you so much for such lovely feedback! We're already excited to work on your next order as well!
Love the ring. Didn't have a chance to see how the diamonds sparkle in the sun. The communication was smooth. I received many emails with updates throughout the process. It took a little longer from the order date to delivery than what American customers are used to these days. I even have a diamond reader, and all the diamonds pass the test.
Thank you so much for your kind review! Glad to know you had smooth communication with us! We'll surely keep your raised concern regarding the delivery you've mentioned. Besides that, it was our pleasure to work for you and look forward to working for you in the future!
My experience with Ouros was excellent. They communicated with me every step of the way to create my beautiful ring. I am very happy with my order & will purchase from them again.

I’ve purchased three rings from your website, and each has been carefully crafted and designed with my own hands on approval every step of the way. Each ring has been perfect, all more beautiful than ever!

The ring I ordered came exactly as I wanted it to. Perfectly crafted, expertly polished, and the team constantly emailed me updates on both the process, and the shipping. I would absolutely recommend this team for whatever jewlery you're looking for!

Horrible! Ordered 2 necklaces for my son and I never received them, every time i sent an email asking for an update i was sent an automated email stating its delayed. When i requested a refund because it never came, i was refused! Do not ever order from them! It is a fraud!

I have purchased several items from Ouros and have had a 5 star experience each time. Most of the pieces that I have bought have been custom design and Ouros is great about communicating and is very fair in pricing. They worked with me to design each one and went back and forth with me to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted… I have recommended them to friends and family many times!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're really so flattered by your kind words, and it was honestly our pleasure to work on all your custom projects! We genuinely appreciate your lovely words and recommendation!
