Although our furniture arrived slightly later than initially anticipated, the responsiveness and courtesy that was demonstrated by customer service when I inquired about the shipment totally overshadowed any inconvenience of the delay. They demonstrated interest in my concerns, gave accurate answers and even asked if there was a specific date or event for which we needed this furniture. We will continue to use OFP for all of our outdoor furniture needs, as we live in a relatively rural area and our ‘Brick and Mortar’ choices are quite limited to only big box stores. Customer service sets this business apart and makes them a pleasure with whom to do business. Order with confidence.
Holly was incredibly patient and super knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping with color selection, material, etc. And after having failed with other stores, this was a painless experience and we are so excited for our outdoor furniture to arrive!
The product is beautiful along with great customer service support!! They made my experience so easy!! I will definitely be returning to purchase more products!
I’m very happy with the quality of the cushions we replaced and also the customer service. I called to get help matching the colors for the new cushions and they went above and beyond to help me. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.
I really appreciate the email urging me to contact customer service and confirm measurements got the replacement slings I purchased. They could have saved me a lot of money and stress had I made the mistake in measuring. I didn’t, but I really appreciated the diplomatic request to confirm
I saw iron patio chairs by Woodard, online, that I really liked and they were not available in my area to go and try. Outdoor Furniture Plus had the best price for 2 of them so I called and spoke to a representative who was so wonderful and gave me lots of extra information which reassured me they would be a good choice. They arrived in less than a month, perfectly and safely packed and communication throughout the process was outstanding.
Shopping was easy.
Set I wanted was unavailble, but the selection is great so it was easy to find something else. Simple to put together. Strong ployresin materials. Looks great on my patio.
The ordering process was easy to complete. When I called with a question it was answered quickly and the representative was very helpful. Now I am waiting to see if the delivery goes as well.
Very helpful. Returning customer. Sales team were able to ensure additional pieces would match previous order. I expect nothing but the best and I have not been disappointed.
