I have always used OutdoorMaster SUP Pumps and each incarnation of the Shark has seen significant improvements. The Shark 3 is a fabulous innovation and inflates my 10’8 paddleboard to 20psi in 4 minutes. The battery means you no longer have to run the car engine while inflating. I use mine almost every day and I can confirm it stands up to that kind of use. People I have recommended this to have found it literally life changing, enabling you to get on the water quicker than ever.
I have just received a pair of OutdoorMaster sunglasses and they are equal to the high quality market leader but much lower in cost.
The true test of a company is the after sales service from Customer Support and I am able to say the service from OutdoorMaster is second to none should you need it. Superb company.
We are always very pleased with Outdoor Master’s quality products and exceptional customer service. We have been purchasing our ski equipment from this company for a few years now. The person I worked with at customer service was very kind and worked with me. Given I wanted a refund but was past the return policy timeframe, I was offered a replacement since I could not get the pump to seal and inflate my SUP.
I appreciate their help.
