The cover does not fit at all even though listed as a replacement cover
I am sorry you are not pleased with the fit of the aftermarket vinyl cover on your spa. The manufacturer provides the exact specs and a 1-2" tolerance is not uncommon. Your no return policy really screwed me. Some how the wrong size was ordered the first time. And I couldn't return it to you, so I am out alot of money and still had to order the correct size.
I do aplogize if the wrong cover was ordered. All covers are made to order and have a warranty, but that does not cover wrong orders. All covers are ordered by spa model, so it is always recommended to cofirm your model before making the selection, and our team is here to help with any clarification needed. The delivery drivers dropped it and ran. The website says that I need to inspect and sign for it in order to have a warranty. None of that happened. There is damage on two sides of the paneling on my new tub. I wouldn't have accepted it if I had a chance to inspect. UPDATE: I was contacted by outletspas after this review. They say they're sending me some replacement panels. I'll update if I receive them. Last update: New panels came in. Im updating my review to 5 stars. Company did what they said they would. The hot tub is working great.

called because checked delivery status. The young lady said it would be delivery the next day ,but it wasn't waited a couple of days called main office and the gentleman said he'd check into it was delivered 2 days later
