I am sorry if your delivery has been delayed. It looks like your cover shipped right at four weeks from your order, and you should have had tracking at this point. The payment portion was a little…
The payment portion was a little confusing but I used Paypal so maybe that caused some of my confusion. I called to see if the order was placed and the lady that answered was very pleasant and she confirmed that they received the order.

Phone lines were sporadic, but sales representative was patient and calm. He frequently apologized for the inconvenience, but repeated asked for information until he could get it right.
