OWL completely stopped working, No eyes lighting up no sound coming out - dead in the water and less than a year old and never actually been used. No customer service available. I would say - don't invest in this product. It's 2 thumbs down on technical support/troubleshooting.
Not an enterprise solution. I have opened two tickets in the last 2 weeks. No response from Owl Labs other than the auto reply "we are experiencing higher than usual response times...." I went through the demo, which was great. But once you receive the device and begin trying to decipher how to integrate it into your Office 365 environment, you realize it was inadequate to put it nicely. Beyond that the support has been non-existent. This is a $5000 system and I unfortunately will have to box it back up and return it. Two thumbs down
We used an OWL 3 and HQ at an offsite meeting and loved it, so we purchased our own. But the technical requirements for set-up reminded me of setting up a network in 1999! Absolutely horrible! Thank goodness we bought a test one first because we wanted to role out 100 company-wide! Owl needs to make the process easier, and not require Admin level knowledge! Plus - if you don't have Microsoft of Google Admin's - you're completely out of luck!
Our OWL 3 has made all the difference in our group therapy sessions. We have many clients that participate virtually and the OWL helps immerse them in the session like no other device we have tried. It truly makes our virtual programming stand out like no other! Their customer service is also excellent. They are very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
These new Owl 3's stink!!! They will not pair properly. Support at Owl Labs is non-existent. They have NO SUPPORT for their products!!! I have called and emailed and get no responses. Do not buy OWL LABS if you will need any assistance.
I bought a Meeting Own 3 about two weeks ago, but can never get the desktop (Windows) installed without crashing my system. Like what other people commented, my attempts to reach out to Owl Labs via email and phone got zero response. I have never experienced anything like this before and have lost confidence in the product and company. I was planning to return the product to get a refund, if only someone from Owl Labs could reply to my inquiries. I'm now forced to dispute the change via my credit card company. 9/2/2022 update: I finally got a response from technical support after more than a week and was promised a refund. So I withdrew my billing dispute with the credit card company. BUT the refund never came after more than two weeks, despite being told that the refund has been processed. So, I had to reinstate my dispute. This has been such a disappointing experience, a failure of the company on all fronts.

My Owl stopped working and I've reached out to customer support via email and phone with no response. Does anyone work there anymore? No one picks up the phone. I've done all the troubleshooting tips, and nothing works. I now have a 3-year-old $1,000 device that doesn't work.

First and foremost the worst customer service I've experienced. That is to say they seem non existent. Cannot reach anyone by phone for the past two days, No one responds to their online widget nor do they answer any of the three emails that I have sent. The Meeting Owl Pro has extremely poor video quality and I can't comment on the sound since we cannot use this system for our meetings. Very nice concept and great if it works or any issues could be solved but all of this means nothing if you don't get support.

Owl Meeting Pro has been a good platform that provides us with easy setup and good quality audio and video for our collaborative meetings in our smaller meeting rooms. My only dislike is that it is only configurable and manageable via the app and does not keep the settings when it is powered off (panoramic strip on/off or center of view, etc).
The OWL is a great system for a smaller room. We sometimes just use the speaker and Microphone in the bigger rooms because it is the good. The updates are coming out fairly often to improve the usability of this camera.
Hoping for faster movement from participant to participant.
Honestly I really love our Owl. We've been mostly working from home, so I usually end up in the office alone unless we're doing a conference call. There's something oddly comforting about the cute little 'hoot' the Owl makes when connecting. It's like having a useful pet/coworker there, even when I'm alone in the office. On a more serious note, I love being able to wander over to the whiteboard without worrying about staying in frame or whether or not I'm speaking loudly enough. It's sleek design fits in nicely with our the design of our conference room and ends up being a conversation starter for guests.
6 months ago we purchased our Meeting Owl Pro. We have found it to be an integral part of business. It is versatile and so easy to use. It performs with all meeting platforms we have tried.
We pivoted to remote learning and working in March 2020. We initially purchased two Meeting Owl Pros with plans to use them as the campus returned. As we started to return on-campus, the Meeting Owl became a huge success for those meeting in person and remote. Since then we have purchased an additional seven for a total of nine Meeting Owl Pros.
Love my MeetingOwl Pro! It's been reliable. Great speaker, microphone and camera. The mobile app is handy for manually controlling it, but isn't strictly required. Super easy to use with any Windows app, including Zoom. The camera is 1080P which is high resolution; but due to the nature of how the 360 degree fish eye lens works, the quality of individual faces is lower than a regular webcam would be. Microphone has been good, except it doesn't handle the echo very well that is present in one of my meeting rooms, because of all flat hard surfaces (floor, ceiling, walls). But neither does my Yeti omni microphone either. With carpet it would be no problem I think.
The owl is great and solved a lot of issues we have had with standard Conference cameras! We will be outfitting all of our conference rooms with these devices.

There's an Owl in the conference room, we have been talking for about 20 minutes. Mostly about who's and who. Seriously though, the Owl has been a excellent addition to our meetings. I love the tracking it has and its ability to capture everyone. The sound quality is great and has helped tremendously during our meetings.

We have enjoyed using the Owl in a large Training Room. We have been able to rearrange the room tables to deal with Social Distancing and move the Owl to the place most advantageous which is not always at the front of the room. This has helped us be flexible in this time of change. We couldn’t be happier with the Owl
