My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.
By far, this was the best paint that I’ve used so far. I’d highly recommend
Thank you Dan - we do appreciate your feedback!
I’ve just finished my first ever paint by numbers. I really enjoyed it - it helped to relieve my working/teaching from home boredom and stress. I sent the other one I bought to my mum in Qld. Thanks for getting me hooked. Angela - NSW
Hi Angela! Thank you for your loyalty! Say hello to your Mum)
I have now ordered 5 paintings from this company and will continue to do so. Even when one arrived with a small flaw in the canvas, the company immediately shipped a replacement to me! This is one of the many reasons why I tell everyone that they should order through your company. Not only is the product amazing, but the customer service is impeccable also! Another friend ordered their first painting this week, after my posting my latest on FaceBook. I will continue to use, praise and recommend this company! Thank you!!!!
Thank you Linda, we are always happy to see you!
I have purchased 7 paint by numbers kits from this company and will continue too mainly due to the ease in ordering, the delivery time is always prompt, the quality of their kits is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. I have had queries on occasions which have always been addressed in a professional, timely and friendly manner. I have recommended this company to friends who also have been very impressed. Thank you Paint by numbers for having quality kits and quality staff.
Hello Suzette, thank you so much for staying with us! We are happy to make you happy))
Excellent quality and prompt customer service. I had an issue with a damaged canvas, and the situation was rectified immediately and without any complications! Love this company!
Hi Angela, thank you and Happy Painting!
I had a pleasant experience with paint by number. I started with a complexity level as I wanted to challenge myself and the result was beautiful! I highly recommend it. Nada K
Hi Nada, thank you for your feedback! We are sure your painting is a real masterpiece!
This is the first time holding a brush and paint, indeed addictive. Where I live lockdown due to pandemic extended and this Paint By Numbers occupies me. Glad original picture of the painting itself is included in the package, when we make a mistake just over brush it. Thumbs up to who ever invented. Thank you so much.
Hi Mayke, thank you very much for your review - we do appreciate it!
Best place to order your paint by numbers paintings. They are on canvas and always 100% quality. Will ALWAYS order my paintings here :)
Hi Shirley! We'll try our best to make you pleased))
Great quality of canvas and paint, huge choice of painting too. Customer service is great, the shipping took a while (I'm in Montreal, canada), so I was worried but customer service was really helpful and I received my package shortly after. I actually bought my first paint from this company at a store close to my house but the choice was limited. Happy to know there is so much choice online because the quality of the painting was great on my first one. Can't wait to get started on the 4 new that I bought!!!
Hi Lysanne, thank you or you loyalty and for staying with us!!!
I love doing these paintings. I had craniotomy surgery Nov 2020 and am still off work. Your paintings have made my recovery less boring. I love doing them, thankyou.
Hello Kim! Thank you for your kind and we wish you the soonest recovery!!!
This was my first time ordering paint by numbers by this site and I can say I'm highly satisfied. The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete. I was very impressed by quality of paint, canvas and brushes. I did have one issue with a kit being sent wrong but with the help of the customer support team, I was sent a replacement in a very timely manner with new tracking information also. I look forward to that, and overall I am very impressed. I'll be ordering more in the future.
Hi Kelsey, thank you for your kind review) It 's just great to get such a good feedback for our work! It really inspires!
Very lovely designs. Great service. Its very therapeutic.
My paint by numbers arrived on Monday and I absolutely love it! I have 2 little ones so once they're in bed I get my paint brushes out and paint!!. I find it relaxing and can't wait to complete and then buy another 😁
Quick and easy process and delivery didn't take long at all. Quality of the product received is great!
Great company 👍 great customer service 👍 responded to my questions fast Loved the selection of paintings
This company provides excellent service with good quality products. Goods have arrived (half way round the world) in perfect condition, with every thing needed to complete the painting. I will definitely buy from this store again.
Great paintings, quick & safe delivery. Have bought from this place many times and I’m very happy with their service. Highly recommend.
Problems with colors: #10 and 11 are the same; #3 was about 1/3 full, yet the print calls for a lot more and as a result #3 is empty with quite a few #3 yet to fill!! There were two #4 pods... There seems to be a quality problem with colors! This was a gift from my daughter and I don't want to bother her with this. Any suggestions? Thank you. Maurice
Hello Maurice, Thank you forgetting back to me. I'm Vanessa, the owner of the PaintByNumbers.Shop I'm so sorry to see your disapointment, and we will certainly send the replacement (as we always do in case of some issues at the very first request). Please CHECK YOUR EMAIL
