Won't be Going Back
Hadn't been to a Panera in quite some time and won't be going back. Ordered the new Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad Stuffer -- it was pretty awful. The bread was dry and hard and the fillings weren't much better -- completely lacking in flavor. Couldn't locate the apple-wood smoked bacon in the sandwich. And to think I paid around $12 for this!!! Should have gone 2 doors down to Trader Joe's and gotten one of their pre-made sandwiches for half the price and gone home to eat it. Oh, well live and learn. Also, on my way out I noticed that their bakery goods seemed considerably reduced since the last time I visited. Not sure what that is about. Maybe this business is on its way out.
Your bagels are just BREAD. Your cream cheese is stagnant at best. An epic bagel fail!!!!

Bakery has gone way down hill in both quality and portion size
I've had a few bad experiences at Panera in Statesboro GA, mostly due to poor customer service or bad management, but I never had any issues with the quality of their food or bakery items in the past. The pastries used to be excellent, especially the oversized croissants, bear claws, and cinnamon swirls. So it had been a while, but I used their drive-thorough today to order two croissants and two bear claws. Was I ever shocked when I got home and saw what passes for a Panera croissant and pastry now.
Each croissant was about 4 inches across and sliced in half, which I didn't request or want, and they looked like prepackaged soggy grocery store items. The croissants were claggy not flakey. The bear claws were about half the size they used to be and were billed as almond pastry instead. They tasted nothing like the pastries from a few years ago. Just awful, cheap tasting junk. $15.44 for four generic grocery store pastries. Never again.

United States Terrible Customer Service – Very UnprofessionalI am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location, which used to be my favorite Panera. I arrived after 6:00 PM and was told they were out of coffee. Later, we bring light roast coffee because I waiting in the line to return and get my money.Then, I tried to order a pick-two mix-and-match deal with a chicken cranberry walnut salad sandwich and tomato soup.The cashier told me they were out of tomato soup. When I asked for broccoli cheddar instead, she claimed it wasn't on the list for the deal. I do not eat their chicken noodle or onion soups, so this was incredibly frustrating.Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee went to the kitchen, said something to the other staff members, and they all started looking on my way laughing. It was a completely nightmare situation and made me feel very uncomfortable. Eventually, they suddenly "found" the tomato soup, but the staff continued to giggle and look at each other the entire time. No one ever apologized for the confusion or their rude behavior. They acted like they didn't care about the customers at all! I am still upset about how I was treated and do not know if I will ever come back to this location.

I ordered ciabatta cheese steak
I ordered ciabatta cheese steak, sat there for a 1/2 an hour when they finally came out, told me they were out of steak. I said, give me a toasted Italiano instead, it was barely toasted and had about half the ingredients. And then also ordered French Onion Soup for the first time.It was almost all water.\nWhat's the worst soup I ever had?\nDon't ever go back to panera bread.
Salads keep getting smaller and smaller. Summer size is here. They also removed the Mediterranean chicken with grains as the employees had trouble making them correctly.Plus no more balsamic dressing as either it was too expensive or they cannot get it. Can a get a good salad anyone?

Ordered breakfast boxes and everything…
Ordered breakfast boxes and everything came loose and late for a Board Meeting. How embarrassing to have them have to open the sandwiches to find out what it is...nobody wants to touch it after someone else has to open it. They were late with the order and didn't seem to care about my concerns when I called the manager. This is not the first time but may be the last time!

I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread, 200 S State Rd 434 #1071, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Maria is truly one of the best managers in town - professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to great service. She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and attention to customers.
A special thank-you as well to Jada, who did an amazing job with the veggie special this Sunday morning. She made my wife’s with avocado, and mine spicy, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything was prepared so well, and you could really tell the care and effort she put into making our food just right.
We really appreciated the excellent service and the quality of the meal. Kudos to Maria and Jada for doing such a fantastic job. I highly recommend this Panera location.

I am now boycotting Panera Bread. They quit carrying poppyseed salad in the summer due to being too lazy to cut up fresh strawberries. Now I order from Jason's Deli instead.

Terrible decision to stop making panini
For years we used to go to Panera Bread. Looks like their consultants advised them to save money on stoping making panini. Its a terrible move to stop making something that made the brand popular. We now only go there occasionally.
Today is Father’s Day and our daughter ordered lunch for us from Panera Bread in Sugar Land TX. What was a great disappointment was that when we opened the bad only to realize it that 1/2 of the bread is broken and unwrapped looks like a leftover from someone!
We have been in Sugar Land for a longtime and used to love this place. We’ll never order anything from them again.

The sesame chicken bowl is sooo good. The dressing and vegetables are fresh and flavorful. I advise not adding shrimp, it is very tough and rubbery.

Bread went down hill
Bread went down hill . Beagles are doughy and not good . And it’s all stores not just one . Managers don’t wear hairnets, but they deal with food all day long. Most of all the the bread, bagels and pastries are not being made properly and taste awful.
The service at Panera Bread is excellent. The food taste wonderful and the customer service is always friendly . I will eat here often and refer this restaurant to my friends and family .

This place on State Bridge close to…
This place on State Bridge close to HomeDepot used to be clean and reasonably priced. Now, it is not worth eating in as there is no consistency in the size of plates or coffee volume. Also, the music is so loud, which disturbs us customers. We come to do some work and we are not able to concentrate. This German company must do better.

Shout out to my all-time favorite…
Shout out to my all-time favorite Panera Bread employee, Amy, manager of Panera Bread, Dobbin Shopping Center, Columbia, Maryland. She's the perfect example of what all managers should strive at being. At any given time, she can be seen providing excellent customer service, preparing what needs to be prepared, cleaning what needs to be cleaned, and basically teaching her staff by doing it all with a total sense of pride in the doing. The results of her efforts are food served fresh and presented as advertised, a pleasing environment to have a meal and socialize with friends, and staff members interacting with others as if the work is more than just a job. Great going, Amy.
These bagels were over baked and over toasted i called and the manager said that the bagels were a little dark today and said that I could come get blueberry bagels or another flavor but I wanted cinema crunch bagels didn't offer me anything extra special for my time. Yeah, no for accommodating me for the messed up or not, even the mess up for the just just downright, just horrible customer service, she said I could come in and get $5.99 worth of credit for. Bagels, and what about my gas money? What about my time? What about all of that? And the nerve for her to say the bagels are a little dark today, a little dark is a understatement.
I went, I asked for soft bread for my mom because she have an surgery and can’t eat hard stuff, they just gave excuses, I try to explain that we have already come before and asked for the same and they gave us soft bread, Andy, do better.
