Booking was easy. It would have been helpful to have the shuttle times more prominent. We don’t get into Minneapolis until midnight and the shuttle stops at 10:00. We didn’t have that information until we made our reservation. Not sure how we are getting to the hotel after our return flight.
Was able to reserve a room for before the flight, as well as room for after the return flight. Other sites didn't seem to have that capability. I did call my hotel to speak to a real person for a clarification. Was happy to have issue explained. Shout out to Lori!
Using PSF is a great option for travelers like me who have a long 4 hr. drive to the airport and also need a place to stay after a late-night flight home. My return to the hotel was not smooth. I place blame on the Hilton Double Tree (ORD) for that. The Hilton claimed they are new to being affiliated with PSF and did not understand my reservation. My reservation was cancelled by the hotel, while I was out of the country, without contacting me. Arguing with someone at 2am is not fun when you're told they cancelled your stay and are now sold out for a room you pre-paid for. In the end I got a room, but apparently, they claim I am the first reservation that booked through Park Sleep Fly.
