We booked a room to stay near the… Portland Airport.
We booked a room to stay near the Portland Airport, and when we arrived at 11:00pm they informed us they didn't have a reservation for us. The hotel was completely sold out, but Parksleepfly.com still allowed us to book and we have not been refunded. So we booked a room, then when we arrived were turned away, then had to go find another hotel at almost midnight, and were never refunded. Absolutely terribly experience and I will never book with this company again.
Was a really good deal. Easy to book. Customer service is really hard to contact. Had problems checking in at the hotel due to employees that were unfamiliar with the program.
It made finding a hotel by the airport that also accommodated long term parking a very simple task vs Expedia et al.

I won't use them again unless I can first reach a human customer service agent by phone
I attempted to cancel my reservation within the stated 24 hour time period. That took several hours of emails to parksleepfly.com and phone calls to the motel, who couldn't give me a cancellation number because, according to the motel, parksleepfly hadn't forwarded my reservation to them yet. Without that hotel confirmation number parksleepfly wouldn't let me complete their online cancellation form and told me to contact them. The only way to contact them was by email to customer service, whose answer referred me back to the motel to obtain the hotel cancellation number and fill out parksleepfly's online form. Then there was another round of emailing customer service. Eventually I received 2 notices that my reservation had been cancelled. TOne notice stated that my reservation for August 2024 was cancelled and I would receive a refund for everything except my booking fee. I did use that reservations and I don't expect a refund for that reservation. The other notice did cancel the current reservation.
The hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms were very outdated. No fan in the bathroom and the paint was peeling on the walls. The floors were very sticky. Walls thin, you can hear everything. The rooms smell like the chlorine from the pool and made my throat sore. Refrigerator had a smell. The shuttles were great though, on time and fast. Overall this hotel needs a lot of TLC.
Worst experience ever. These people confirmed us wrong dates and never corrected them. They have no customer service, no way to contact them, no phone, no email. We had to dispute the charge and report them.
The shuttle bus drivers are fabulous. Our favorite was Luis with Hilton Garden Inn at Gateway. He went out of the way for us to ensure we had the correct luggage and even met us when we left one of our phones on the shuttle.
I paid for nine days of parking in the hotel room. When I got to the hotel, they said there was only seven days paid for so they charged me extra $29 a day for the other two days. Even though my confirmation said I paid for nine days and I showed them that. They said they only got paid seven. I believe you guys owe me $58.
I will not be using this again. We had a group of six and I booked two hotel rooms for two different nights. This was clear on the receipt and the price certainly reflected a total of four hotel rooms. However, when I arrived at the Embassy suites, they only had one room for me on BOTH nights I stayed with them. I did end up getting a refund on the rooms I did not get, but it was very complicated to get the refund. Not to mention, the hotel was in very poor condition and under construction. It was a Hilton and I reserved it thinking it would be high-quality. We had to walk through construction zones and tarps to get to our room, there were no extra blankets in the hotel to accommodate the extra people we were cramming into the room… And the amenities such as the breakfast area and bar were in poor condition.
So “park, sleep, fly” not only failed to make a correct reservation, but they also put us in a very poor quality hotel experience with a full price. Book directly with a hotel instead of “park, sleep, fly.”
