Unfortunately…
Unfortunately, our experience with ParkSleepFly was extremely disappointing and stressful. We booked and paid for a package that included one night at the hotel and five days of parking. When we arrived at the Staybridge Suites on the night of August 6, we were told that they had absolutely no record of our reservation, even though we had a confirmation from ParkSleepFly. I want to make it very clear that the staff at Staybridge Suites was incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to find us a room at another nearby hotel and even covered the cost of our stay, which we truly appreciated. We learned that having a confirmation number means very little if the hotel never actually receives the reservation. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable relying on ParkSleepFly again. I strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel before your trip if you choose to book through this service—which honestly leaves me wondering: what is the point of involving a third party if you still have to contact the hotel yourself to make sure your reservation actually exists? At that point, it seems much simpler and more reliable to book directly with the hotel and avoid the unnecessary extra step.
Easy and reliable experience
It was very easy to find and book parking + accommodations. I received an email confirmation within seconds. We have used this service once before and and everything ran smoothly from checkin to car pickup at the end of our trip.

It took all the guesswork out of what I needed. It's becoming a regular event during travel that I need a hotel room, had to start or end or both as airlines schedules are very hectic. The additional benefit of having a place to park the car. Eliminates the need for a separate car service. As the distance to the airports are well over.an hour. Just wish there was more than one offering in Tampa, but it will do just fine!

You have to pay them $30 for booking fee Hotel charges $10 daily to park With free shuttle to and from airport. So make your room and shuttle reservation directly with hotel to avoid additional fees.

The room was nice, and the shuttle both to and from the airport was on time, and quick. Excellent service and I'll use it again
There was no shuttle
There was no shuttle. I waited at the airport for 40 minutes on my return trip. I had to make 2 phone calls, was treated rudely, & was finally sent a Lyft to get to my car after waiting in the heat for almost an hour.

The hotel Sleep Inn was TERRIBLE
The hotel Sleep Inn was TERRIBLE. Us and another set of friends had to ask for different rooms. They weren’t what we booked and they were gross. Our friends had cockroaches and ours had water damage, a HUGE gash in the mattress that you would fall in, you had to wait 15-20 mins between each toilet flush and the bathroom wall had mold on it. And the shuttle never showed up to get us from the airport so we had to pay for an uber.

Called for a ride back to the hotel - no answer.
The room was decent. Transportation to the airport was fine. I called for pickup on return numerous times. The phone rang off the hook. Finally got someone after 20 minutes of trying. Was about to pay for an Uber to get back to my car. Unacceptable, I won’t be back.
