First time using this site. Very easy to book our reservation.

Super easy booking and affordable.

Overcharged and damaged

When we got to the hotel, we were overcharged $75.00. I caught it before we left and it is supposed to be refunded but I don’t like that. I feel a lot of people probably get ripped off. Seems shady to me. On the way to the airport, the back door of the van wasn’t shut. We lost our luggage on the way. We turned around to go look for it, saw it in the road with oncoming traffic. The driver did a u-turn in the middle of the road, retrieved the luggage. Our full sized suitcase is damaged. Part of the zipper is shaved off and we won’t be able to unzip the luggage and zip it back up. This is the beginning of an 8 day vacation. Our only bag.

The process and pricing were good. The hotel facility and rooms were in desperate need of updates and repairs. I would not stay here again.

Easy to get to hotel to park car. Staff at hotel was very prompt in getting us to and from Airport. Room was comfortable at the end of our flight

Worst hotel and non shuttle

We stayed at an airport hotel and paid for the shuttle and parking. Morning of, we stood outside waiting for the shuttle that never came. Went inside to find the most surly and disinterested employee who said the driver didn't show up and we had to call an Uber. My husband was livid but this woman truly didn't care. We walked to another hotel and begged to use their shuttle but by then we were late and stressed and that's exactly what I was trying to avoid by booking hotel and shuttle in the first place! I would rate this 0 stars if it were possible.

Love Park Stay & Fly but miss the 14 days free,

We have been doing Stay, Park and Fly for all our trips at least 15 to 20 years. Always had our 14 days of parking with our stay. We noticed our last two trips we were limit to 7 days of parking not the 14. I understand cost of everything has increased along with fuel. I will still continue using your service. A suggestion would be if , if you stay, park and fly five times get you sixth for the 14 no charge like in the past. Just a thought. Thank you great job to all your team. See you soon. Our room was extremely noisy, we could hear everything next door. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care. When we spoke with the manager the following morning, however, she was quick to help us out with a better room for our return.

The receptionist we dealt with the day…

The receptionist we dealt with the day we checked in was not friendly at all. We had to wait until she got off the phone to talk to her. We also purchased some snacks while there and she acted as if we were bothering her. However, the receptionist we had when checking out the next morning was very nice and friendly. Secondly, we were very dismayed with our room. The curtain had a big tear in it!

Timely shuttle service

this was very easy to book and find the right room for us. It was located very close to the airport and the shuttle was available immediately. The shuttle back from the airport was also very timely.
