This is the second time I book through Park Sleep Fly and everything went so smoothly again! I am giving 4 stars because the booking confirmation email information dates do not include the year. Only the month and days of stay are noted.
It was really easy to make the reservation.
The concept of this service seemed genuine and reliable until I arrived at the hotel associated with parksleepfly.com. I arrived at the Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport, 45 Industrial Highway, Essington, PA. I expected there to be structured and secure parking, but it was regular out in the open parking that you would find at a hotel. The facility was old and rundown. My room was a reflection of the facility as the room was old, the bathroom was unkept and moldy. The beds clothes were dirty. There wasn't a microwave or refridgerator in the room. I had to use the stairs because only one elevator worked. Upon using the stairs, I discovered people hanging out in the stairwell. When I saw a roach openly crawling on the hallway wall, like it owned the place, I got my bags, headed down to the front desk, requested a refund and left that nightmarish hotel. I could only imagine what shape my car would be in if I left it parked there for the duration of my trip. This was a total misrepresentation of what this service promises. Very dissappointing--this service has lost my trust.
hotel didn't have our reservation and the free 24 hour shuttle advertised was both not 24 hour or free

Scam! Booked a hotel in Miami to park and fly via this website and upon arrival the hotel didn’t have my reservation. Not only we had nowhere to sleep but couldn’t leave the car there either. Very upsetting. We had to scramble at midnight to find another hotel and parking. I think a refund of your charge would be fair
Prompt pick-up, comfortable, roomy vehicle, courteous and helpful driver, great hotel choices, safe places for parking, and economically sound all made this a wise choice.
Very simple to book our stay and parking at the hotel. We have stayed at the Sleep Inn several times and it is a great facility.
Hotel had terrible review and did not have my reservation when I tried to cancel
I didn’t know the parking garage involved walking down the street. Nice weather but not in the winter.
The hotel canceled my reservation, stating that they had no card on file for me. I tried to call your company about my initial payment because it had already been gone through, but calling you just takes you in circles. Had to use my cc company to dispute your charge. The hotel refunded me my balance minus cancellation fees, they canceled not me. I’ll never use you guys again.
I was told that I could use a promo code "JulyPaid" to get a credit. I was never given a chance to enter the code.
The bed was rock hard. Parking is not free as advertised. Cost $5 a day
