My card was charged and the hotel did not have my reservation. I drove in from another state to park sleep and fly and there were no rooms available. There are no rooms available now I have to figure.out whay to do

It's a great option that saves both time and $
It's a great option that saves both time and $. I spent $195 for one night at a top brand hotel near the airport and 6 nights of parking. The parking alone would have cost ~ $180 at my usual airport lot and I would have had to get up way before the crack of dawn to make a morning flight. Upon return it's as simple as taking the shuttle back to the hotel and driving home.

Info for making the reservation was good but this is the second time I didn't see where to put in the code (this case "JULYPAID") to get a credit. Is it too late to get a credit? It's a few dollars but every little bit helps. What can you tell me?
