Terrible experience!
Terrible experience!! I showed up to the Holiday Inn Express Denver East and the clerk had never heard of Park & Fly! He also added he would not recommend leaving my car there as they have had incidents! He canceled my reservation then his manager called and told him to add it back. Park, sleep & fly refuses to refund my money because they said the hotel denied my request and the hotel said it’s their fault. Do not use this service or stay at Holiday Inn Express East. The hotel says they have no responsibility for keeping cars safe. Holiday Inn Express at Tower road looks much nicer and has a shuttle to the airport. Keep your car at a secured airport parking lot where it’s safe.

My hotel stay was great. My ride to the airport was good!!! Imagine how horrible it was to find I was 11 miles from my car with no ride to it. Nobody answered the phone number I was given. I couldn’t even leave a message!! Awful. No taxis. No uber. Thank goodness for a friend

The whole concept is good for everyone who participates, vacationers, accommodation companies, and transportation in our big airport cities. Everyone's peace of mind. We have found an accommodation facility that is a mini vacation in itself for the one or two nights before or after our flights.

Pick Up Is Inconvenient
Our stay was nice. The trip to the airport was on time and nice (although they do have 2 hotels they stop at for the one we used so make sure you account for both stops when planning your trip to the airport). They gave us a card with the phone number and told us to call when we got our bags (on arrival) and the shuttle would come get us. We called at 4:10 pm and we were told we would have to wait until 5:00 pm for a ride because the shuttle wasn’t available at that time. After flying all day we didn’t want to wait so we paid for a Lyft driver. The shuttle finally called at 5:30 pm to say they were ready. A little late and inconvenient. We won’t use this hotel again.

Always easy to use and locate a hotel for parking and the night before any of our trips. Makes planning so much easier.

Actually, the hotel was fine aside for some fix up going on a room next to me but it stopped before I went to sleep. The only thing I hated was trying to get TO the hotel. It was anything but fun. I think it took me a good hour, even with GPS to find the entrance and I had to turn regardless of it being a no turn lane. Thankfully, it was late and not much traffic but a harrowing experience none the less.

The shuttle service didn’t start early…
The shuttle service didn’t start early enough for us to catch our flight. That’s the only reason we stayed. So we could sleep and have the shuttle take us to the airport first thing in the morning.
I needed to cancel
I needed to cancel. Extremely hard to cancel when flight change. Never stayed hope I don’t get stuck with a $500 bill. Terrible
