FALSE ADVERTISING

I booked through ParkSleepFly specifically because it included an airport shuttle. After arriving, I was informed that the shuttle doesn’t operate before 5:00 a.m., even though my flight is at 6:15 a.m., meaning I needed to be at the airport around 4:15 a.m. This made the shuttle completely unusable for my trip. As a result, I had to pay for an Uber out of pocket, which defeats the purpose of booking a ParkSleepFly package. If the shuttle has limited operating hours, that information should be made much more obvious before booking so customers with early morning flights can make an informed decision. I’m very disappointed with the experience and feel the extra transportation cost should be reimbursed. I would not have booked this package had I known the shuttle wouldn’t be available when I needed it.

I am giving the Experience a 4 Because…

I am giving the Experience a 4 Because there is room for improvement. Overall everything went well, but there was some confusion, particularly in shuttle arrangements. The literature for booking stated shuttles run 24 hours and were available on the hour. When we checked in at 11PM we asked for a 6AM shuttle we were told there was no 6AM shuttle we could have either 5AM or 7 AM. So now we had to get up an hour early. Then that morning we received a call from the desk at 4:40AM saying the shuttle was there could we please hurry down. We accelerated our departure, got down the the shuttle at 4:50 to find we got the last two seats. Then on the return shuttle there was confusion as to who and where I was and finally after about 45 minutes the shuttle arrived at the terminal and we were taken to the hotel. As I said, room for improvement. The room we stayed in for 4 1/2 hours was nice. The cost for the room, the shuttle, and parking was good, but could be better.

Unable to fulfill special needs requests

I had a special needs request. I wasn’t able to get the request I was needing even after emailing back and forth for several days. I ended up booking a room that doesn’t fit my needs. Thankfully it’s only a one night stay so we will just have to make it work. I would have just booked directly with the hotel, except even the hotel told me it was best to book through your site.

No customer service after booking

No customer service after booking. Phone number is no good and never answer emails. They are a subsidiary of Expedia but Expedia can’t help either luckily the hotel staff was kind enough to take care of date problem. Recommend this company for nothing. Don’t be scammed by them that’s what they are a scam

Hampton Inn, Kent, Wa and Park,Sleep, Fly

Hampton Inn, Kent, Washington Has no Shuttle Service to airport. Noted in fine print on payment receipt. That information should have been noted in large bold print in the hotel description. Additional you should not list hotels that do not have airport shuttles. Particularly when the hotel reservations are not refundable.
