Lack of communication
I did not like arriving only to learn that I did not have reservations and had no way to contact park and fly. Then had to find some where else to stay and park. Very stressful day.

So easy to use this website
So easy to use this website. We are going on a vacation and wanted a hotel the night before our flight out of Chicago O’Hare and the night we return. We also are able to leave our car at the hotel while we are gone. Perfect for what we need. No hassle website and a fair price. Thank you ParkSleepFly
Had to pay more…
Overall it was a slick experience however when I got back I got a tag on my car to pay for another day even though I stated I would be picking up that day in my registration. Seems a scam to get a little more money

It was very easy to understand what dates I should make the reservation for, and I appreciated the option of just first night or just last night or both. It was very clear snd understandable. I also REALLY appreciate the option to change or cancel since travel plans tend to change.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel is off the high traffic areas, which lent me to believe that our vehicle was in a safe location. Highly likely to use again.
Better evaluation of hotel
Better evaluation of hotel. Location was dirty, nasty and just disgust. Would not recommend and will likely not use this service again because we figured the location you worked with you would have vetted.
