This was my first time purchasing from…
This was my first time purchasing from Parts Town. I had never heard of them. I searched a part number for a replacement power supply cord for my little refrigerator and Parts Town was about the fifth supplier for ordering off of Amazon and the lowest price of the previous four, AND the only one that had them in stock to ship immediately, which maybe if I didn't live at the end of the continent in the Lower Florida Keys would've been a bit quicker so if ya live out in the boonies, pay the extra for the express shipping. I've scrolled Parts Town's website and will most certainly go straight to them first for whatever breaks, wears out, and needs replaced and not readily available here in the middle of the ocean.

Order a comdenser coil well over a month ago Horrible experience, their customer service team is a bunch of air heads. I scheduled a delivery July 6 never got it. They kept rescheduling with me for over a week never got the product or seen it. I told them to cancel my order since they didn’t wanna refund freight charge when it didn’t arrive the day it should’ve I gave them multiple chances scheduled multiple dates. They gas lighted me saying I never scheduled the delivery which I have proof of the original date for July 6. They won’t release my funds until they get the part back which doesn’t make any sense cause I never received it. This has been going on for well over a month and I don’t receive and updates have called over 10 times email nothing. I wouldn’t put my reputation in their hands. You can also buy parts else where cheaper online and they still use parts town which shows you they mark up their pricing online.

Ordered part on Friday and payed $45.00…
Ordered part on Friday and payed $45.00 for overnight delivery. Still have not received my item. Would not have paid for service if didn’t need item ASAP! It is now Monday and waiting for delivery, nothing yet!!!!

The way to look up the part was very easy. The part that I ordered worked perfectly it’s a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it being that I didn’t have to send it back or return it because they made it so easy to find.
