Package was shipped it two seperate packages. 1st one arrived and it only had two light fixtures in it but on your email it said order has been delivered. Well that caused confusion on my end. went through numerous emails and the other box arrived 3 days later.

Do NOT and I repeat Do not pay for next day shipping. I contacted customer service, I received the ole corporate “so sorry your next day shipping didn’t go out until 3 days later, but we will see what we can do and reach back out” Needless to say that was the last I heard. Amendment-service team member “reached out shortly after” shortly being 23 days. I guess their version of shortly includes their version of overnight…. Did I mention the ONLY response I have gotten was an email said thank you for allowing me the opportunity to “make this right”? What exactly have you done to “make it right”? As of this day that’s the only correspondence I’ve received…

The shipping fees are ridiculous, and the customer support for a part exchange is no good. I just needed to exchange the leg for a Bunn machine, and to complete an exchange, I'd have to return the part for $16 shipping, then order a new part and pay $16 to ship it back, all when the part itself is only $9. Your process is broken and not customer-friendly.
