Great customer service. Did not realize that I had signed up for a yearly renewal. Contacted the support team and Aurora was great to deal with. Explained the situation and they refunded the fee.

Hi, After being a bit confused on the website I mistakenly purchased Passper for Excel when my intention was to purchase Passper for Word. Alice at iMyfone Support got it all straitened out. I was quickly able to use Passper for Word to remove editing restrictions from a dozen or so Word docs which I had forgotten the passwords. Great product.

Good, quick customer service -- I wasn't able to get the software to help me get into my old laptop, but I don't think this was a reflection of the software, more likely the age and state of the laptop. I contacted customer service for a refund and was refunded.

For a one month subscription fee, I was able to quickly access the software I needed. The software was effective, and it was extremely quick, and easy, to access and apply its function. After encountering a difference of opinion with support, they proved to be open, and receptive to my perspective. This kind of direct, constructive, open minded engagement, plus the fact they are providing a functional product, makes it easy to recommend their solutions. Behind iMyFone are real people, working to make useful software, and support staff who provide a genuine customer care experience. If you're reading this, go ahead and give them a shot like I did. I'll end this review with a Pro Tip: Many software come as a subscription based service these days. Don't forget to cancel your subscription if the software is no longer needed. This way you can avoid making unintended payments due to auto-renewal.

I got the full version, but literally none of my passwords had been recovered. It wants a lot of information you know about the password. I at least knew the length and that no symbols were in the password. But after 3 seconds, it said, that the password cannot be recovered. Why doesn't it just continue?? The software really is crap imho.
