Needed to recover password from a multi file RAR archive. Brute force was the only way to do it as I had no knowledge of the password. Passper for RAR was, by far, the FASTEST program for doing the job. While other software could probably do the job, Passper for RAR was significantly faster than any other. I had several questions which were answered promptly and courteously by Alice in their Customer Support. Great software backed up by a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Running the Passper for Excel for 10 days 24x7, I finally recovered my miserable passport. It is a neat application and provided different approaches to generate possible password. Of course, you need patient and input for the parameters in every process. Never give up attitude is a MUST during the searching. Lastly, the support service is still a value-added by Alice who gave me a reminder on my operation procedure that made my work easier. In conclusion, the software is easy to use and install. If you need to recover your excel password, you should think of it at first hand.

I give 5 stars for Customer Service, in special for Alice's service. She answered my emails promptly and effectively. The solution itself didn't work for me, unfortunately, due to my laptop's limitations (Microsoft Surface, windows 10). I got a 50% refund and I own the license until it terminates, what's good.

I had problems creating a USB boot drive. The problems were solved by a reboot of my computer. Prior to this, I submitted a trouble report and then dismissed that since I didn't think anyone would answer. Alice answered and asked for more information and I told her that the problem was solved and she responded again thanking me for my update. I didn't expect this quick response or the answer and I appreciate both. Since then I have used the product to enter a known admin password into a machine that was useless and recover the machine. Once again, thanks to Alice for the excellent service!

I need to use my Passper but it prompted me to do software update so I did but after that it says, my registration is invalid but thanks for the prompt action of the support team especially Ms. Alice. This software is very useful, so very happy to have it back up and running. God bless.

Issues resolved. I was being prompted to do a software update so I did and then it said my registration was invalid due to being logged in already. It took a few emails back and forth but once the error was understood Alice delivered a solution that was acceptable. I actually find this software very useful so very happy to have it back up and running.

I had subscribed four months ago and completely forgot that I had chosen a monthly subscription I noticed just two weeks ago and contacted them.
