Everything was perfect from start to finish and fast delivery too.
What i love about this is, it has a whole month, the numbers being the date, so you can prepare a whole month of tablets. It is great how they are all individual little containers that remove, small but plenty of room for umpteen pills/vitamins, just what i was looking for. Thank you, I have never seen one of these, highly recommend for those who love to be organised, and able to pick your carton of pills and done in seconds

The glasses arrived quickly. I was disappointed that there were no instructions. I have been trying to get used to the glasses for only 2days. At the moment I’m having difficulty with the mid range section, also with extended use there is a slight dizzy nausea feeling. I’m sure I will get used to the glasses, but I shan’t be driving whilst wearing them for the time being. The glasses are lightweight and comfortable on the positive side.

I ordered 2 bras at a cost of £31.97. I received the size I ordered however they did not fit properly nor were the expected comfort and support as advertised. The bras took 3 weeks to arrive. I reached out to explain that I wanted to return the items. Shocking customer service, absolute refusal to accept a return ( due to shipping costs) and a disappointing offer of refund of £8 after me refusing £2 & £3. So I am now significantly out of pocket and have 2 bras that don’t fit. Absolutely shocking. Do not order from Patientate. No transparency about returns/ refunds and do not adhere to UK consumer rights.
I ordered the viral jelly bras, and whilst they are comfy, they offer zero support. I tried to return them, and have had several email exchanges with them. They refuse to give the return address and a full refund, and instead have offered a minimal compensation (£2 initally... have pushed them up to £8 so far, the products were £30!). I would avoid ordering from here at all costs.
I ordered some reading glasses on the 23rd April. To this date nothing, no order update, no tracking details, no glasses. I did get an automated email twice, both identical emails when enquiring where my order was. Scammed I believe
