Awful experience. No returns policy to be found anywhere and when contacted via email, because the item didn't fit, I was instructed to send photographs and the original order details. I did exactly that and was then advised that a refund would not be possible as the item received was the size I ordered! The item sizing description is way off what actually arrived, so I'm really disgusted with their customer service, whose only solution was to "pass it on to someone else." Extremely poor for an online business

Constantly chasing the order over a three week period. Unable to supply tracking reference previously however once they were delivered able to supply tracking reference. Whilst emails were quick response generally unhelpful. Items received eventually but poor quality. Have bought better and cheaper from other retailers. Price invoiced to price charged was £6 difference and no explanation as to why. Would not use again and advise real caution when using this site.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company unless you are prepared to struggle to obtain a proper refund for items that are not fit for purpose. I have spent days going back and forth trying to return an unused bra that offers no support whatsoever—honestly, it has as much support as a wet tissue. Despite this, I have been told I must pay £40.00 to return an item that originally cost £24.00. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. The aftersales support is extremely poor and has done nothing to resolve the issue in a fair or satisfactory way. I will be raising my concerns across all social media platforms where I see this company advertising, as this experience has raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of their listings.
