Hi DK, great question on the swabbing. The swab included with SinusKEY is designed specifically for the blow-out method, which collects mucus from the tissue. Sinus collection would require a different swab and should only be performed by a healthcare provider to avoid injury. The blow-out method has been reviewed and approved by medical professionals both inside and outside of MicroGenDX before use and is preferred for patient comfort. You should also know that sometimes the FedEx has delays for package transfer within their network which can impact delivery time.

Hi Christian, thank you for the feedback. To clarify, when you order from the patient site, a physician signs for it with the KHSS telemedicine fee that was included in the purchase price. It's meant to specifically cover physician authorization of the test, as it is disclosed at checkout when you click 'Add to cart.'
