I have been with Patriot Gold for almost a year now, when i rolled over my 401k into physical gold, and did a IRA, they were tremendous in helping me do so .With the help of Larua, and Matt Mcgewn, If i have any issues they are very helpful,It was very comforting to have true patriots handeling my money, great company!

We have been customers for a few years now. Liz and Jacob have handled several transactions for us. Same courtesy and care on every one! They keep customers happy!!!

Jimmy was courteous and punctual. We had time difference, East Coast vs West Coast. He worked to accommodate my needs and explained the process in detail. He sent over the appropriate paperwork and explained the process thoroughly. I received the product I ordered in 3 days, about two weeks earlier than expected. Jimmy followed up on the transaction a few days later and my wife and I were pleased with the product we received. The product was extremely carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape. Customer service was great, I was concerned about the amount on my invoice not matching what was shown in my Equity account but it explained to by Liz Lane she did a outstanding job. And I do appreciate the call back from the customer service.
