Ron Tippitt and Frank Johnson
Had several encounters with other companies previous to contacting Ron Tippitt and Frank Johnson at Patriot Gold Group. My experience with Ron was superior to all others. Great guidance during and after the process. Both made sure I was fully informed of what I was doing. Both made sure I was aware that they would always be available to book a time for any questions or issues. Very friendly and professional.

I contacted Patriot Gold Group to sell coins
I contacted Patriot Gold Group to see about selling some coins I bought from another gold company that had gone out of business. Shortly after I had made an inquiry Will Manning contacted me and began to lead me through the process. He was very friendly and honest. He informed me the coins I had been sold were not very popular and weren't bringing a great price at the time. He and Kevin Boyle helped me sell part of my coins and convert the rest into Gold and Silver Bullion. I was very pleased with the ease and speed of the transaction! I highly recommend Patriot Gold Group and Will and Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell precious metals.

Great Customer Service
When I recently needed to take a distribution, Elizabeth helped me every step. Even when Equity Trust seemed to drag their feet, and wasn't concerned if I recieved my distribution on time when I needed it, Elizabeth was quick to make sure that I got it on time.
