Parade as a business was good, everyone was kind and helpful. My issue is there is no info from breeder, my puppy is five months old,he last had food and water on a Monday night, was flown,7am till1:00pm. Got him home and could not get him to drink out of a small dish , desperate I tried a veterinarian type syringes, no needle with water in it and he gobbled that so I figured out he had one of those crate waters like gerbil things that hang and water they can lick it. Wouldn’t that have been helpful to know, since I didn’t happen to have a spare one., this puppy had five months of his life with his breeder. I have no idea if he fed him once a day twice a day three times a day, wet food, dry food little puppies are very picky.. hey what are you doing?

Pawrade did as they promised. The provided me with a handsome lil Shihtzu. When they delivered him, he was very relaxed and not stressed. He is very sweet and so cute. He is a healthy lil pup. The customer service was good too.

Using Pawrade was an excellent decision for our puppy purchase. My only constructive feedback would be, when using ground transportation, we were told our puppy would arrive Wednesday evening between 1 AM & 6 AM. Confused with that answer, I clarified she would actually arrive in the early morning hours of Thursday between 1 AM and 6 AM. Other than that minor hiccup, It was a great experience.
The folks at Pawrade were responsive and helpful every step of the way.
We have a beautiful, confident, happy, healthy Frenchy keeping us on our toes!
Its evident the breeder takes her program very seriously. Our pups health records were impeccable from day one and she was well socialized. 💗

Our ground delivery crews drive 24/7 to get each pup home as quickly as possible. They can not delay a delivery that keeps the other pups on the van for longer than necessary. While we do understand this can be an inconvenience it is what's best for the pups. In fairness, we do fully disclose this on the Ground Travel Work Order and give as much notice as possible. As soon as I visited Pawrade and I found my fur baby listed, I knew she was the one. She was born on the same day as the fur baby we had just lost to cancer. That was my sign.
From that moment on Pawrade walked us through the process of acquiring our Arwern (now Willow). They contacted Express Puppy and they were wonderfu as well with communication. They kept us informed of any of the slightest changes to schedules. I can't thank all involved enough.

This was our first experience buying a pet and we were very worried about the process and the complication that there might have been along the way. My experience with Pawrade has been very positive. The staff was very helpful and respectful all the way from beginning to the delivery of my new best friend. Also, I found the payment method easy to follow and complete. All the computerized documents were very user friendly. It took just a little over a week to complete the sale and receive the sweet little puppy delivered right to my door.

PLEASE READ: I purchased a miniature poodle puppy whose date of birth was 6/2024 so she is now a little over two years old. I kept waiting for her to get larger since miniature poodle dogs usually weigh between 10 to 15 pounds. She now weighs just under 10 pounds and she looks much more to me like a toy poodle. Also, she was a dark chocolate brown with white markings on her chin and chest, and now she is several shades of brown, gray and taupe. I reached out to Pawrade about this a while back and never received a response. She is a wonderful dog and is healthy and super sweet, but I do think it’s unethical that she was not an actual miniature poodle. I can’t imagine her not being a part of our family and we just love her. But people need to understand they may not always be getting the dog that they purchased. One of her parents must’ve been a toy.

Miniature, toys, etcetera are pups created by man intentionally breeding small or "runt" dogs to achieve smaller versions of a particular breed. Unfortunately, genetics are unpredictable. It is very common for genetics from previous generations to come through and you may get a larger or smaller pup than you hoped for. Everyone has seen the professional athlete with their parent who are so much smaller than them. This is beyond anyone's control 100%. That is why we are very clear on our website and in our contract the this customer signed and initialed, that size, weight, color, markings, etc. can and will change and are never guaranteed. While we are sorry that you are not completely satisfied we are also very upfront about this possibility.

Extremely misleading!!! Website said the first available pick up date was 8/9/26. So our entire family planned evrything that way. After we paid, all of a sudden 8/9 became the day of first posiible final vet visit and so the actual pick up date moved to 12th!! Then the breeder did not even make an appointment in advance enough and the actual vet appointment is scheduled for the 12th pushing the pick up date to 15th!!!!!!!! I understand that in the grand scheme of things having the puppy home few days sooner or later makes very little difference but is very rude to make people excited about the arrival of their new puppy and then keep postponing it by either wrong info on their website or negligence on breeder's part as I'm sure they could have planned the Vet visit better and in advance. The entire proccess is extremely overwhelming with millions of emails, requirements and reminders. I would never do this again and I would definitely NOT recommend this to any of my friends.

Robert, we are sorry that you were not happy with the time associated with you being able to pick up your pup. But there wasn't anything intended to be misleading.
You purchased in the afternoon of August 5th, and your travel rep. reached out to you in writing at 7 AM of the 6th. She gave you a brief overview of the travel process and was certainly open to any questions. Your breeder approved the sale and had to schedule a vet appointment like anyone else. Getting an appointment varies by area but most places average a week. Your breeder got into the vet as soon as they could. The vet appointment was on the 13th, the pup was assessed by a USDA licensed vet as completely healthy and you picked the pup up 2 days later on the 15th. This is 10 days later which is very typical. Your signed and initialed contract actually states "Travel mostly occurs within twenty-one days of the Reservation Date of this Agreement. The time frame for travel is an approximation and not a guarantee. The Breeder, in consultation with the Breeder’s veterinarian, determines the Puppy’s travel date, with the Puppy’s health being the primary determining factor."
While we are sorry that our careful process did not allow us to meet your time expectations we are happy that we got you a happy and healthy pup with no worries of scams or hustles, just as promised.
