Purchase 3 pairs of shoes and 1 pair send seen like is a display item though i have put a note to say i do not wish to receive item which is displayed. Seller should have put a note on their website to inform buyers that it is displayed items. The shoes have the wrinkles on it

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals online and when the sandals delivered did not fit and I contacted the Customer Service, prompt action was taken and I was able to get the sandals exchanged within 2 days, at the outlet of my choice. Excellent service!

The shoes are not as comfortable anymore. Previously, the shoes never ever bite me and when I try it on at boutiques, its always comfortable. But now, even when trying on in stores, you can feel the material is different and the shoes are harder. Most probably they changed manufacturer or suppliers or something. The price tag for the shoes is not justified anymore.
