Very Very Poor Service. Very Very Slow in communication. False advertising. Offering Microsoft products that don’t work after a few months then Pcgameskey don’t help you. Their email response is very unprofessional. Zero Customer Service. NOT Recommended. Don’t waste your money as they don’t deliver and will not help you.

I purchased a one-year Adobe license. It worked well for the first nine months, but after that they stopped sending accounts to activate the software. When I contacted customer support, the only help I received was a link to check whether my email address was registered. My email was not listed, even though I should still have had access to the software for another three months. I contacted them over a month ago, and I still haven't received any further response. Very poor customer service. I paid for a one-year license but was only able to use it for nine months.
Bought Adobe Creative Cloud a few months ago and it just never works, it will work for a month then you get moved to a new profile then removed again, it’s more like a weekly thing and you don’t get the full 12 months, do not buy, you’ll regret buying. The other keys are perfect though I’d give them a 5 star there but not on Adobe

They are just not honest. At buying moment Is not specified anywhere that Office 365 account has just 6 months subscription only.
I purchased a 1-year Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise subscription (Order #357752) in October 2025. The subscription worked for about 9 months, then my access to the Adobe organization was revoked even though the subscription should still be valid. I contacted support multiple times via email and WhatsApp. I eventually received a link to check my subscription status, but it reports: "No subscription found for this email." I sent them the screenshot, but since then I have received no further response and my issue remains unresolved. I hope the company will resolve this case by restoring my subscription or providing a replacement license.

total scam, bought an adobe creative cloud subscription it was working every other day which was really annoying, support didn't even bother to respond after a while, i spent around $80 to get annoyed every single week because it was not working
Adobe cc worked well in the beginning, but after a few months, we got kicked out and received no support whatsoever from the helpdesk after multiple emails, WhatsApp messages and filling in the forms on their website.
It is NOT lifetime as advertised. Bought a key for Office 365 Pro Plus 5 Devices 100 GB advertised as lifetime. It worked for 9 months. I tried to get help from support and they replied that 6 months warranty was over and that I could buy a new key. Ridiculous.
The support team was extremely helpful, and I was deeply impressed by their service.

Adobe CC 1 year subscription stopped working at all. I bought the license about 9 months ago. Not to mention that this type of license forces you to change the team 1-3 times a week, which is very inconvenient because you have to constantly log out and log back in, it happened to me several times that I did not have a license assigned to any of the assigned teams and had to use the 7-day trial. However, after returning from vacation at the beginning of July, no new team was assigned to me and I do not have a valid license in any of the previously assigned teams. When I tried to contact support, I got an automated response twice, but now I have had no response for more than a week. Be careful! Avoid buying from this seller!
