Flawless as always. Do I usually have issues with my codes? Well, yes. Does it always get fixed within the next few hours? Yep. always. I keep returning because I know that even if something's gonna go wrong, their support will right it asap :D

I have had a few good deals from them and generally love the fact that you can get things for quite a bit cheaper. The biggest issue is that if they don't want to send you the key then they just ignore you, i had a key where the price went up after purchase and they just didn't give me the key or a refund whilst support just keeps sending back the same form letter. I would look somewhere else if you really need your keys actually delivered
I encountered an issue with a key (MS Office 365) I purchased and after contacting support, the issue was quickly resolved really. Now I have an active working key. Thanks for the service!
