Office 365 Pro Plus account is not lifetime

I purchased a lifetime Office 365 Pro Plus account, expecting permanent access as advertised. However, after only 3 months, the account stopped working because the subscription had been removed. I contacted support and received a replacement account, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, only 4 months later, the replacement account also lost its subscription access. When I contacted support again, I was informed that the 6-month warranty period had expired, so no further replacement would be provided. This means that a product sold as a “lifetime account” only worked for a total of 7 months. I paid for a permanent license and now I am being forced to purchase another account again, which is completely misleading.

Buyer beware. Advertising is deceptive. I bought probably a dozen or more of these licenses and I’ve had at least four go obsolete after a period of time. Not even a year. The big problem here is not the fact that the suite is unusable, it’s the 100 GB of anything you have stored on the cloud will disappear. When I inquired as to why this happened or what to do, the simple response was that they were out of the warranty period. The saying still stands, if it’s too good to be true it’s generally not.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I bought an Adobe Creative Cloud license from PCGAMESKEY in November 2025 and never received a proper license key. Instead, I was added to random “teams” that didn’t work. After months of emailing, I still don’t have access to the apps. Support is extremely slow and unhelpful. It takes several weeks to get a reply, and even detailed questions are answered with a single sentence of no more than 6-8 words with no solution. I requested a refund multiple times (which is justified based on their own terms), but was ignored or sent vague instructions that lead nowhere. This has wasted a lot of time and disrupted our work. Avoid at all costs.

⚠️ Scam – “Lifetime” Microsoft 365 account stopped working after a the websites purchase warranty period

I bought a Microsoft 365 account from this website because they explicitly said it was a lifetime account with no renewal needed. However, after only a short time, the account started asking for renewal – meaning I’d have to pay again. When I contacted their support, they told me the “warranty” for the purchase is only 6 months. That’s not how a genuine lifetime product works. Microsoft itself does not sell lifetime Microsoft 365 subscriptions. This website sold me something that was clearly fake or at best a temporary workaround that was bound to fail. Their “6-month warranty” is just an excuse to avoid refunding customers when the product inevitably stops working. This is deceptive and feels like a deliberate scam. Avoid this seller at all costs. If you already bought from them, contact your bank or credit card company for a chargeback immediately.

I can no longer use my office 365 account

I purchased an office 365 key a year ago. Everything was fine until a week ago. Then I received a warning that I had run out of GB, even though I still had 20 GB available, and that I needed to contact the IT department. I contacted support about this issue and they told me the account has a 6-month warranty, even though the line above it says “validity: lifetime” and, most importantly, that I need to buy a new account. Meanwhile, I can’t update my account information and data.

A few months ago I bought Office 2024. The activation key came on the mail. At first I was being worried to install Office using the dropbox download link from the instructions, but I have used the Microsoft Deployment Tool(the other method mentioned in the instructions officially from Microsoft website). After a successfully installing Office 2024 using Microsoft Deployment Tool, I opened Word and introduced the cd key product being activate without issues. A day ago I have reinstalled my Windows and formated all my partitions. I have installed again the Office 2024 using the Deployment Tool and then activated it, after that when I reopened Office programs(Word, Excel PowerPoint) it no longer was activated. This issue was quickly solved after sending a mail with the issue to the support team. The support team provided me a new cd key which work without issue now.
