(Edit: SCAM!) I bought a game on "ignitekeys.com" and I have yet to get the product, i got in contact with the payment service since ignitekeys wouldnt answer my emails and they told me i had to email pcgameskey. (Edit: This was a scam, the payment service gave me a refund.)

Had purchased office 365 in two instances during last year and those two times worked really well. But just purchased another office 365 license last week, but the provided login details failed. Tried emailing to support, tried whatsapp. Only automatic reply, nobody attended support request yet. On 28th Feb 2026 I'm updating again, since my original report here, nothing has changed, so it's safe to assume that they are not supporting you anymore, won't buy from them again.
