If it was one thing then it would have been ok but they sometimes do not deliver keys bought and ignore any kind of support due to a terrible AI build. I had one key just blatantly ignored and no refund given, now my other license for office has also been deactivated...they used to be good but cannot control their licenses anymore and ignore you once they have your money. I loved the site but it has gone the normal way of take money and let the consumer go through endless loops and eventually just lose what they bought

Adobe Package not working / They don't reply

We got adobe package from them it works for little bit then it stops working when ever you contact them it take 2 - 3 days for them to reply. Adobe package has stopped working for last 3 weeks now and they don't reply to any of my emails i have send screenshots all the info they need contact them on WhatsApp on email they are just ignoring me. The package was for n year and that year has not past.

Be aware of the scam

I'm so disappointed because I genuinely trust them, even involved my girlfriend who paid the 6 months adobe package for both (to clarify we use it in the same computer) and there's no single day we can access and use it, she already tried everything, there's a website they provided that apparently says that the status of the account is active, but when we try to use any program we are not able, because there's a message saying that you can't use it because we need to talk to the admin to provide us access, and then the program closes. They don't give us a solution, we already asked for a refund and they refused it. So be aware because if in the past it was legit now they seem to be providing the worst customer support ignoring you and replying after so long just to tell you to try accessing to the website that doesn't work. I purchased Office365 Lifetime Validity in 2025 and it was working fine up until now in 2026 when I received a notification from Excel and Microsoft that the product has been deactivated and must be reactivated by Admin. I sent them an email with all the screen shots and got a reply back - Your 6-Month account warranty is over. You can order a new account on our website. What happened to the Lifetime Office 365 that I paid for and is this the client service you receive from a company that was paid for something and now not deliver.
