This company has been stealing my money automatically out of my account on weekly basis every week they charge me $96 and sending me a receipt that I am paid for the year. Be careful. It’s a scam.
Pinchas hi! We do not have weekly subscriptions, actually, and never had. It's either monthly charges, or annual. $96 is our annual subscription, correct. If you don't need it for that long, please email [email protected], we'll handle that, no worries. Sorry if any confusion!
No warning of automatic payments on annual subscriptions. Just charges your account when it’s time, make sure to watch for it. Update- they responded to my email after leaving this review but I still had to prove that I didn’t need the account and took several emails but I did get a refund
Ethan hi! The date of charge was actually an email from us. Maybe you missed it and/or it got to spam? If you don't need a subscription for another year, please email us, it's [email protected]. Thank you. Apologies if any confusion!
I'd like to give minus stars. Truly a scam. Do not under any circumstances use these shysters. The take money from your account (in real money that is stealing) and then saw you have "no subscription with them" so they can't fix it. How convenient. Totally crooked and it would appear designed to be so. Also I am very very suspicious of any good reviews. Even if you wanted to use a pdf filler 49USD per month is a ridiculous amount. You could get a competent designer to do it for a few times that price. One review hilariously even mentioned the inconvenience of a monthly price. What horse-s*&t

Great way to deal with pdf documants, easy to use and useful to rervert to documents in file.
Pretty easy to use but could use some short tutorials on how to speed up numerous task. they might already be available and just I haven't had a chance to look.
Terrible marketing schemes makes you sign up to have your info because you need it to download your "free edit" then hits you with a you need a subscription to download your "free edit" Pick a side either its free or you need a subscription don't market it as free edit because you can edit it but never print, own, use the document you are trying to edit. The agent responding unfortunately tries to pin it to confusion as to how the wording of an ad says free 30 day trial and that why a person was misled but unfortunately there is 0 mention of any free trial needed to edit files and even worse its on their website and there is no mention of a free trial "Edit a PDF for free" when a person no longer has the free trial is it really free?
Cesar hi! Many thanks for a detailed feedback and for reading our earlier replies as well! It IS actually a confusion since there is a difference between having an account, having a free trial and having a paid subscription. Registering an account (pdfFiller is a cloud-based service, so it won't function without one) is indeed free. Once you do that, there is a free trial period, correct. Please note that our free trial period covers full 30 days, with all features/functionalities (including downloads and printing out). This whole month entirely on us is not nothing? Once the free trial expires, a paid subscription comes in, you are right. However, if you are not ready to purchase one, you have a whole month of free use and sufficient time to make up your mind and cancel if you want to.
Extreme lack of transparency in their business practices.
Sandra hi! Very sorry to read this. Any chance you can provide more details/context to this? What exactly went wrong? Thank you.
My experience was terrible. Besides canceling my subscription and being charged three additional $20 USD each, I requested a refund for all three charges since April 29th, and they haven't refunded me. To make matters worse, I contacted support, and they told me they only processed the $20 USD refund, but I have the receipts and transaction IDs for every single transaction that was processed for the full $60 USD refund!
Hello Maria Victoria! We've just sent you an internal request for more information via Trustpilot here. Please let us know your email and ticket number of your case filed with our Support. awesome application
Awful way to scam your users. You advertised free PDF editing, so I spent an hour editing a PDF. Then they tell you in order to save your work, you need to pay them. SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE. MADE ME WASTE AN HOUR.
Alex hi! Our apologies if any confusion! You probably saw an account registration prompt? Please note that account registration is actually free, and once you do that, there's also a 30-day free trial period. You won't need to pay absolutely anything during this first month, we assure you.
Just another scam. Companies like pdf filler pay to appear at the top of search results mentioning free pdf editors and they have free plastered all over their page but its all a scam to get you to pay. You waste half an hour creating an editable document and then when you try to download or save it they prevent you. Instead you have to sign up and pay money. They dont tell you this before you start working on your document though, they try to use peoples time and energy against them by first allowing you to create the document and then preventing you from using it unless you pay them money. Just a google search for “editable pdf free” returns a search results from pdf filler where they claim they are a “completely free pdf editor”. Yet after youre done, youre presented with a paywall. Just more money obsessed liars. Yet there are dozens of actual free editors online. Avoid this money grab. Ive since deleted my account and blacklisted their site in my personal dns so it cant be visited on my network.
Our apologies if any confusion with the document workflow! As pdfFiller is a cloud-based service, you'd need to start with account registration, before any editing. Account itself is actually free, and once you activate it, there is also a 30-day free trial period. You wouldn't have to pay anything during this first month, we assure you.
Everything that i need to do with pdf is easy because your site is intuitive.
