Honestly, I am exploring the web and the app. However, my user experience through PDF filler is good at the moment.

I signed up for the free trial to complete a single PDF and canceled the subscription afterward. Despite canceling, I was still charged $144 for an annual subscription. While I was eventually able to obtain a refund, the entire experience was frustrating and concerning. The company ultimately refunded my money, but being charged after I had canceled left me questioning their billing practices. One thing I strongly recommend is taking screenshots of every step of the cancellation process. Unlike many subscription services, I never received an email confirming that my trial had been canceled, which made it difficult to verify that the cancellation had actually been processed. If you decide to use the free trial, document everything, save screenshots, and monitor your bank account closely. I was able to get my money back, but the experience felt misleading and left me with little confidence in how subscriptions are handled. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid the same situation.

To edit: - The one thing is when editing texts you just have to double check to make sure that you get the right font you want. - Other than that being able to change images and move images around in a PDF format is amazing. Thank you so much.

Apologies for the confusion incurred! You won't actually need a paid subscription straight at once, most definitely not with the first document edited. Please note that account registration in pdfFiller is actually free (and takes literally a minute), then, once you register, there is also a 30-day free trial period first, prior to any paid plans. In other words, you have the whole first month for free, for downloads and anything else related to document management.

Terrible UX, and once you are done painfully editing it surprises you with a popup: SORRY YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT TO SAVE ALL THESE EDITS YOUVE SPENT YOUR TIME DOING LOL OH AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION IF YOU WANT TO DO THE BASIC ACT OF DOWNLOADING IT GET THE HELL OUTA HERE

Hello David! Our apologies if any confusion with the workflow. Ideally, account creation should be the very first step, before any document editing. Please also note that while account creation is indeed required (pdfFiller is a cloud-based solution, it simply won't function properly without one), purchasing a subscription/paid plan is not a must at all. Mind that once you create an account (which is free), there is always a 30-day free trial period offered, prior to any of the paid plans. All features of a paid subscription are offered for trialing during that first month. Hope this helps!

I did not intend to pay for this reader. I was just exploring ways to change a document to a pdf. I feel tricked. And I have NO idea how they got my card. How do I request a refund and cancel any subscription?

I like this app a whole lot better than acrobat. it's very user friendly and just works. I've had no issues so far

It's actually ridiculous the fact you have to pay to download a simple pdf. You tell me to fill and sign up, sure take my data I dont care. But the fact you want and expect me to pay after that. Absolutely ridiculous. smh, use something else please don't waste your time.

Chas hi! Please note the difference between signing up to have an account in pdfFiller and having a paid plan in our software. Account creation is always free (and takes just a minute). Once you register/create an account, there is always a 30-day free trial period. During this first month all features, including download, are available for a free ride. Having a paid plan is optional and is activated only after the free trial expiration. In other words, you have a whole month to test all the features and decide whether you would like to continue with a paid plan or not. Hope this helps!
