Recommend the pdf reader and edit software. From my knowing is the only free tool to edit pdf files. It could get better on editing text, but it still do the job.

BETTER for FREE
PDFgear for Windows provides essential tools I needed and very user-friendly. However, upon editing a PDF file like deleting pages, header & footer, it doesn't recognize, there's a dialog box saying "Cannot find any Header & Footer or Page Number in the document"

Very promising and very happy so far
I haven't explored this application thoroughly yet but it's very promising and simple to use. Completely free having all features I need. This time I needed to sign a document. I managed to do it with another tool first that had just few free signatures but that's it. Based on a quick research PDFGear was highly recommended in multiple sources. Installation was very smooth with Chrome. Applications for other operating systems available too, including Android and iOS.

I like a lot of the tools that come…
I like a lot of the tools that come with PDFGear, like convert to excel, and add images to documents, however, there is one feature I would like to see happen which is when multiple documents are opened, to have the documents at the top of the app, similar to other pdf viewers, like adobe or pdf x-change
