Regarding the chat supporter: Excellent. I got a n immediate response and fast and efficient service. Regarding the site-Not good. The plans are misleading. I thought I was paying for a subscription for a week only. Turns out I was paying for a trial period that becomes a monthly subscription if it remains active. This is not made clear on the site!

Absolute scam artists. Charged £1 to convert a document, then a few weeks later charged me £39 for a subscription. Wasn't even made aware of this prior to converting one document.

On July 29, 2026, I paid two amounts (1.00 and 0.95 euros) for a one-time service, which was carried out to my satisfaction. On August 5, 2026, 39.00 euros was suddenly debited from my account. I immediately thought of the underhanded sales tactics that are so common these days. I filed a complaint, and literally two minutes later, I received an apology and a refund. That was quick, too.
