WARNING: Be extremely careful when making a purchase here! They sneakily enroll you into a hidden auto-renewal monthly subscription and charged my account 144 AED without my explicit knowledge, consent, or authorization. To make matters worse, their refund policy is completely unreasonable—they stall the process and tell you it will take 5 to 7 business days just to process a refund for money they should never have taken in the first place. I wasn't sure if this company had the right tool for what I needed but I only wanted to convert one .png file to an ico file format. I signed up for the trial which cost £0.50. I managed to convert the file and cancelled the trial or so I thought. I then got billed £39.00 for the monthly subscription. However I contacted customer service and the money was promptly refunded, which was nice of them.
