I subscribed to your site because the information implied that converting a PNG file to EPS would vectorize the image. However, the image isn't actually vectorized; instead, the EPS file contains a lower-resolution image. I subscribed solely to use this service, but it amounts to false advertising. Since I signed up just a few minutes ago and the site failed to deliver on its promises, the least I expect is a refund.

My sister needed 2 PLN to pay for combining three PDF forms into one, so I paid from my account because she didn't have her phone with her. This was a week ago. Since then, they keep trying to charge money from my card (139PLN). I can't cancel the subscription, I don't have that option, I can't delete the account, there's no such option, I can't change the payment method, there's no such option. The app works fine, in my opinion, it's a big scam.
