Got charged for a subscription I hadn't realised I'd started. Support refunded both charges in full and cancelled it within minutes, no argument. Would have liked a reminder before the renewal charge, but they sorted it out properly.

The agent that helped me out with my problem was totally patient, efficient. When it seemed that there was no solution, he or she kept on trying until a solution finally was reached.
It seemed almost impossible to convert the file that I had, for various technical reasons (mainly a very poor image) into an editable word.doc file. But the person did not give up and handed me a workable product
Patience, good manners, efficiency and results. What more can you ask for?
