Perl was great to work with. I had some information from another lender that I thought didn’t fit our needs as a family, so i wanted a second opinion. I called Perl and spoke with their lending agent, he was able to take some info that day and start the application. We were approved and had the loan we needed in a very short time. I will use them again and hope you do to!

My experience with Alex Margulis and Perl mortgage was exceptional. My situation was a little complicated but team Alex handled it with ease. I had a bad experience before with Quicken and Chase, so glad Perl was there for us, I couldn't reccomend them more.
