We recently decided to purchase a new home. We did not want to sell the house we were living in first, and then have to rush to find a new home during the 30-45 day closing. We opted to try a double mortgage. The realtor team we were working with suggested we contact Katie Wresch at Perl Mortgage. She is great! I was a first time home buyer and have been trying to buy a house for almost 15 years, my credit score wasn't good enough or my debt to income wasn't good, if there was a reason for a denial, I had heard it. After working on building my credit score and reducing my debt for almost 2 solid years I was finally approved by PERL (even after being denied from a different lender). This was the best experience I have ever had. I have worked on the legal side of real estate for almost 20 years and have never seen a smoother transaction. My loan officer was very helpful and the support staff was equally pleasant. I will be referring anyone I know to PERL without a doubt. Thank you for making my dreams come true.
