Love the Silvet mint shampoo; it’s been so helpful to my severely allergic rescue. Groomer was using this on her, and she always came home smelling so nice. Great product, and wonderful customer service.

I could find everything I wanted and everything was in stock. Your site is a little tricky. To find the items I wanted, I looked them up in my catalog first and just entered the number for each item and they came up immediately. Your site is a little slow but that was fine with me. The products you carry are of excellent quality. I am happy too didn't have to use Amazon. I like supporting independent companies better.

Didn’t get my 10% promo code and needed to place my order. You web site needs to be improved, you offer 10% and never sent it. Also your chat never starts, tried twice and was bumped off within seconds of initiating the chat.

Your website is a horror to use. I fixed address errors and phone errors during my last order . When I logged in those same errors were still there . I had to call and speak to customer service who manually changed the information over the phone. Very Frustrating.
