Got an appointment in 1w! amazing. Some inputs - 1. updating your details acts funky, like you are re-registering. also if you are cancelling the details update the platform says you haven't finished your registration. 2. I would suggest mentioning that appointments are generally supporting updating your passport to biometric one. In the official gov.il site this appointment is differentiated, so it was unclear if I would face any problems with the appointment I got regarding this need. 3. The "specific dates" appointment is still pretty confusing, even with the instructions on why to choose it. I started with this property and as I got close to the end of the time period I chose, it was unclear what will happen to my appointment priority - when I cross the timeframe is the search for my appointment cancelled? will it still try to find me a time slot after the end date I declared? at the end I reverted to "normal" mode after getting worried.

honest and true service
the service is honest true and fast! it's lack of achieving super results as a friend was able to get a way better result by doing it manually. he was able to get an appointment within a week, twice. while I received through the service an appointment within 2 months(by extracting holidays I get the net is around 30-35 days). but still it's much better than what I had which is 5 months. I bought the most expensive package/contribution.

שלום חן תור משפחתי אינו פעיל כבר תקופה באתר ולא בעקבות תקלה אלא בעקבות הגבלה חדשה שנוצרה על קביעת תורים עוקבים. התורים נקבעים אוטומטית כאשר נמצא תור פנוי ויכול לקרות מצב שבו תבטלי תור ומיד תחזרי לתור המהיר והוא שוב יתפס (קורה לעיתים רחוקות) בכל אופן, תמיד תוכלי לחזור לתור המהיר לקביעת תור נוסף דרך הצאט באתר.

Tried myself for a month to make an appointment to moi and couldn't get one in the reasonable future. With Picktime full service - managed to get an appointment within two days for next week!

the Picktime service is great. they found me an appointment easy and close by. the problem was the governmental office that received my appointment with 2 hours late. It was horrible with all those lay people. why cant they make an appointment and call you in on time? let all those who have no appointments wait as much as needed.

What a great service. We couldn’t get appointments for passport renewal and picktime got us appointments really quickly. We also had a few challenges but over email they were responsive and changed the dates of the appointments. I highly recommend this service

Was paid 200 n is with option to change the date but this option was not found in the system. The proposed date time was not good but I use it with many problem.

Hi Since you joined the flexible plan you eligible to change your registration and re-join to the fast line. you can use the chat on the main website to do it. just choose "נקבע לי תור שלא מתאים לי״ and follow the process

Amazing! I need to share: my parents made aliyah (returning citizens) and they need to get a tz before doing anything else - including getting my disabled father's bituach leumi recognition. The misrad hapnim could not help and appointments were five months away. Booking an appointment through picktime, with the 200 shekel donation, got us an appointment within the same day. I cannot thank you enough for helping my elderly parents who were sitting in limbo for a month now.
