This bot/site help me set an appointment the the Israeli authorities. The official site lets you check free spots in single location. The autohrities are very busy and the free spots are months away. This bot/site allowed me to set list of acceptable locations and searched for canceled spots and set it up for me. I received an appointment confirmation for the next day for passport renewal.
The service was beyond the expectations.

It was quick and unpredictable . Only to feel the instractions and ask questions if need. It works good and I've got a feedback only a few hours later. All process from registration to getting a line took about 1 day. Good job!

I was struggling for weeks to get a reasonable time for renewing my passport. I entered the gov site every morning on a daily basis and to be honest I was on the edge of making a temporary passport at the airport and than I heard about this app and frankly I was sceptic. On Monday I registered to the service and the next day I was renewing my passport! only 24 hours after I register to this service. Terrific
The registration was very easy. I wanted to pay 100 shekels. But got a billing of 200. Wrote about it and got an answer that they will pay me back 100. Still waiting. The overall system works great, I got the date I was looking for

Hi Rakefet I am sorry that this is your experience from the service. Our response time is usually up to 24hr. The appointment booking is not immediate and it depend on free time slot that the bot catch during it scanning Myvisit system. The appointment booking can take few days after the donation time
nothing worth. do not pay a penny I am waiting more than a month and did not get a appointment
